Bird flu.

Don't you think it's rather 'ironic' that the current disease sweeping through the World's bird population is 'flu'? Also that it's cropped up recently in Turkey.

Wasn't it called SARS last time? Does no-one else remember SARS?

I remember SARS. The pandemic that never quite happened. To be fair SARS was something, this new bout of avian flu is apparently more like the outbreak of 'Spanish' flu from way back in the 1930's I believe.
